We mix our bagels from scratch everyday using high quality flours, kettle boil them and finally bake them in our hearth oven. This “old world style” of baking creates a bagel that is irresistible.Our flavorings are all natural, and stay true to the flavor of the ingredients. So when you bite into a blueberry bagel you taste the blueberry, not just the sweetness. And to ensure great taste, we have even installed a state-of-the-art water system to make sure the water we use for our bagels and coffees are the perfect levels (not too soft, or filled with unwanted minerals).
